Gillian Pattinson is an artist based in the North West Highlands of Scotland. Inspired by the dramatic lochs and mountains of Wester Ross, her mixed media painting captures the strength, grandeur and dynamic nature of the landscape.
Gillian's eye-catching collage pictures reflect the native Highland wildlife, some of which has been reproduced as sets of tablemats and coasters: Endangered Species, and Sea and water birds.
Gillian also does commissions for bird and animal collages.
Exhibitions:
Gillian exhibits her work in the Studio Gallery, at Brynaport, Achintraid, Kishorn open 10am - 5pm all year (see exceptions). The beautiful location gives clear and ever changing views to the Applecross hills. Visitors are very welcome. Her work can also be found in other galleries in the area.
